Our backflow preventer sprung a bad leak at our business. Stephens Plumbing was here and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Ken and Bob were very nice to deal with. Professional, efficient and reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family for plumbing needs.

Really great service. Very easy to schedule with and very punctual. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen. Both the plumber I spoke to on the phone and the one who came out addressed our concerns completely. We had other companies wanting to do thousands of dollars of work. Stephens was extremely thorough and explained to me what the problem was after running the camera. If there is a major problem in the future they will be my first call.

We purchased a new garage faucet, and tried to install it ourselves without success. Ken from Stephens Plumbing was prompt, professional, explained why we were having a problem installing it ourselves, thorough; and most importantly he was successful. We now can use both hot and cold water in the garage. We would recommend this company.

Stephen’s literally saved our home! We had burst pipes because of the blizzard and we were without power for 3 days. I was frantically calling plumbers but most couldn’t even get to us because of the snow. Two of my other neighbors were in the same boat. Stephen’s assured me they would get there and arrived within an hour. Their technicians Dave and Gabe immediately repaired the burst pipe and then went to my other neighbor’s homes and got them back up and running as well. They also repaired our baseboard heat. Two more pipes had burst in that system but we couldn’t detect until the pipes thawed. Again, Stephen’s technician Dave came out right away and repaired immediately. They were nothing but professional and kind, even though they had been working many long hours. We are forever Stephen’s Plumbing and Heating customers!

Stephen Plumbing and me as a homeowner have been a team since way back when. They do a first class job and the fact that they know my basement and plumbing issues throughout the years is immeasurable. I try to teach my young staff members to develop a relationship with people in your neighborhood and it just makes life better. These are the plumbers in my neighborhood. Love these guys, love hearing about their families, love seeing them come in to get a smoothie! Just good hard working honest people. Our denationalized has doubled over into our business lives. We own a squeeze Juicery and they help us out all the time.
